1. From the appearance point of view, see the size and shape of the sawdust particles in the central part of the cross section. The length is generally 5-10MM in length. If it is too long, the structure is loose, and if it is too short, the deformation resistance is poor, and the so-called static bending strength does not meet the standard;

2. The moisture resistance of wood-based panels depends on its density and moisture-proof agent. No matter how good the moisture-proof performance is when immersed in water, moisture-proof refers to moisture-proof, not waterproof, so it must be distinguished in future use. In the northern region, including The moisture content of North China, Northwest and Northeast panels should generally be controlled at 8-10%; in southern areas including coastal areas, it should be controlled between 9-14%, otherwise the panels will easily absorb moisture and deform.

3. In terms of surface flatness and smoothness, generally, it must be polished with about 200# sandpaper before leaving the factory. Generally, it is better to be finer up and down, but in some cases, such as sticking to fireproof boards, it is not good if it is too fine Hang glue.
