The thickness of the ceiling is generally less than 9.5mm, and the thickness of the floor is at least 15.8mm due to the varying width of the floor. The floor usually uses slotted plywood. Each side is raised and the other side is grooved. Two pieces can be combined into one. High-strength plywood, like aviation plywood, is made of mahogany or birch. Used on WWII aircraft. Including the British-built Mosquito bomber.

PRODUCT APPLICATION
Slotted plywood has a wide variety of classifications and uses. Slotted plywood is usually made of Douglas, poplar and pine, which are widely used for construction and industrial purposes. Decorative boards usually use hardwood as the plywood skin. Includes red oak, birch, maple, meranti (Philippine mahogany) and other hardwood species.
If the plywood is used indoors, the cheaper urea-formaldehyde glue is generally used. This glue has limited water resistance. Phenolic glue is usually used for outdoor and marine panels due to the need for corrosion protection. To resist delamination of slotted plywood and maintain strength in high humidity conditions.
